Mary Grace McCaskill is the Executive Director of Ann’s Nest, a nonprofit creating dignified, community-focused housing for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Emmet and Charlevoix counties.

With more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and community development, she was brought on by Ann’s Nest’s founders to help bring their vision to life.

Previously, Mary Grace served as Director of Development at CURE International Children’s Hospitals and McLaren Northern Michigan Foundation, helping lead teams that raised millions annually to support healthcare and disability-focused initiatives.

Her work at Ann’s Nest centers on expanding housing options, supporting families, and building inclusive, person-centered communities.
